Step out of the daily rush and step back into your body. Join us for a restorative 2-hour experience blending conscious somatic breathwork and an immersive sound bath designed to clear mental clutter, release physical tension, and regulate your nervous system.
We will gently move through:
Grounding & Somatic Movement to drop into the present moment.
Active Conscious Breathwork to unburden stored stress and physical tension.
A Resonant Sound Bath featuring crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and ambient acoustic instruments to guide you into deep integration.
