Breath Work and Sound Bath

Join us at the Loft for a warming and nourishing breath work and sound bath experience. We will gather around the fire and connect, get cozy and then engage with our breath, using a 3 part breath (otherwise know as Dirgha Pranayama) to excavate, to wake up some inner fire and energy that can remain stagnant, especially during these winter months. The breath work will be enhanced by a custom play list Jenn creates to support the rhythms we work through during the experience.

You will then be led through a beautiful sound bath, finding yourself in an inner sanctuary of spaciousness and calm. We will follow with some warming tea and conversation.

No prior experience is necessary for this, as Jenn will teach you all you need to know.
