Camp Blodgett Sound Bath

Jenn Gietzen, a music therapist and sound healing practitioner, will guide you through the experience beginning with some breathing exercises, a guided meditation and then will move into deep relaxation while she plays crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes, a gong, and more.

Participants will be laying down on yoga mats with an eye pillow (to help promote a deeply relaxed state).

What to Bring:  A yoga mat or comfy mat to lay on.  A blanket or 2, and even a weighted blanket if you like.  A small pillow or extra blanket to rest your head.  An eye pillow if you have one, or Jenn will have some to use and purchase if you love it:)  Really, anything that makes you feel comfy and cozy.  Water.

What to Wear: Comfy clothing and socks.

Where to Park:  As you pull in you will see a sign for parking on the left.  If you'd like to pull up further to the entrance of the building to drop your stuff off and then park in the lot that would be fine.

Doors open at 1:20 and will close at 1:40

~~~~~Please note that if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy it is advised that you wait until your 2nd trimester to partake in a sound bath.  Also, if you are prone to seizures, please get in touch with Jenn to discuss any concerns.
