Camp Blodgett Sound Bath

Jenn Gietzen, a music therapist and sound healing practitioner, will guide you through the experience beginning with some breathing exercises, a guided meditation and then will move into deep relaxation while she plays crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes, a gong, and more.

Participants will be laying down on yoga mats with an eye pillow (to help promote a deeply relaxed state).

What to Bring:  A yoga mat or comfy mat to lay on.  A blanket or 2, and even a weighted blanket if you like.  A small pillow or extra blanket to rest your head.  An eye pillow if you have one, or Jenn will have some to use and purchase if you love it:)  Really, anything that makes you feel comfy and cozy.  Water.
