Sound Bath at the Glass House

I am so excited to be holding one of my first public Sound Baths here at the Glass House in Zeeland.  It is such an incredible setting.  Being surrounded by glass you feel like you're outside in the lush summer flora, but the beautiful structure holds the space for you to feel held and cozy.  This meditative sound journey will be be an opportunity for you to relax and melt into summer with some intention and positivity, resetting and realigning and connecting with yourself and others as you are immersed in the sounds and silence of the experience.  

Things to know:  The sound experience will be roughly 45-50 minutes, with time for conversation and connection at the beginning and end.  You will be laying down for that amount of time, with a guided visualization leading you into the sound experience.
