Sound Bath at Trio Wellspace

Come and enjoy a very relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath at Trio Wellspace on Thursday nights.  It's a lovely way to wind down the work week and feel reset from the busyness of the week.  Take care of you by taking intentional time out to fill your cup, to quiet your mind and connect with your breath and body.  Your nervous system will feel rejuvenated and supported by sound and silence.  Jenn will guide you through some simple breathing exercies, a progressive muscle relaxation and then will immerse you in sound with crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, drums, gongs, chimes and more.  The intention of this time is that you rest in a space where no one needs you to do anything but be you taking care of you.  

No Pre-registration required for October 5th.  There are 15 spots available.  (There is a yoga class before from 6-7 so you may be come any time after 7 unless you're attending the yoga class and are already there and plan on staying for the sound bath:)

What to bring:

a yoga mat (there are yoga mats available for use)

a blanket or 2

a pillow for your head

an eye pillow (they will be provided if you don't have one)

water
