Sunday Sound Bath with Jenn

Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative Sunday Sound Bath. Making time for yourself to intentionally connect with your inner world while dipping into the parasympathetic state is such an important part of being alive!  Jenn will give you breathing exercises, de-stressing tools and energy boosting tips followed by a guided meditation and a sound immersion.  Slowing down for a while and engaging in something a little bit out of your everyday routine can bring a renewed perspective leaving you lighter and more intimately connected to your heart.
