This session is a deeper dive into supporting you. We will connect beforehand to discover how to co-create our session. This could include any of the following...an extended sound bath for de-stressing and relaxation, breathwork for transformation, meditation support, journaling, fireside converstaion, walk in the beautiful woods surrounding the area.
