Service Description

This is a deep dive into tools, tips and resources for self care, both for staff and students. This includes the standard framework of breathing exercises, guided visualization and deep relaxation sound experience and other additional experiences such as humming, toning, drumming or movement, with additional time to process through discussion and other modalities after the experience.
